More backwards window sills

A space is left below the sill to allow horizontal stucco to tuck underneath

Sills are angled into the house. Every window leaks

The owner's solution was to put caulking at the bottom to prevent water from going into the house. This forms a water trough and mosquito trap. These windows will always leak, as soon as the water rises above the caulking.

Someone this incompetent has no business setting windows, building houses or holding sharp tools in their hands.

You certainly don't see this on old houses. Sure don't build them like they used to.
