Thought I'd let you know, I found a solution that actually works.
Sunlight Dish Detergent, a bucket of as hot as you can stand
it water, a brush used normally for cleaning boats and a little bit of
elbow grease. Saturate area thoroughly with water. Use a
strong mix of soap and water. Dip brush frequently in bucket, and use
in small tight circles, rinse then re=brush. Sounds like a
lot of hard work, but it isn't actually. And the stucco is nice
