Leak from lack of kick-out
flashing, not from stucco.

What do you guess the problem is here?    The owner is selling the house and the buyers inspector found this damage.    Cracking on the corners of the exterior stucco wall have allowed water to penetrate and damage the OSB and plywood.

The owner filed a homeowners claim for the damage.   I am the adjuster.

Leak from lack of kick out flashing, not stucco cracks.
The leak causing the damage is from the roof intersection
above, and not the crack in the stucco. A solution would be
installing a counter flashing and kick-out flashing

Water runs downhill.
