Leaky deck
We have just had our deck done with vinyl and ever since we have had water leaking into our garage. When they put the vinyl down ,they ran the edges up over the stucco and calked it.Is it possible for the rain to penetrate the stucco and run down and get behind the vinyl and leak into our garage.. Thanks for time..

Yes, water will almost always penetrate the stucco.
