This window manufacturer doesn't know water runs downhill. I am squishing the caulking and water runs out. The water is running out of the seam, causing the finish to peel off the EIFS band below. The EIFS band is like a sponge absorbing and trapping water. This whole neighborhood has these windows. You have to be mighty stupid to design a window like this. These windows are in Haymarket, Virginia.
