Durock fake stucco falling apart in Virginia

A layer of durock was put on, then interior drywall corner beads which are already rusting away. The beads were filled with interior drywall mud which dissolves in water and is peeling off. The house is coated with highly toxic synthetic stucco finish from STO.

Durock system in Virginia

This house is less than 2 years old. The joints on the durock were covered with mesh tape and drywall mud and it is peeling off.

How to put on fake stucco durock

The durock joints are peeling every three feet horizontally, and about every five feet vertically. This installation can't be rescued. The only solution is to tear off the durock and start over, preferably with lath and stucco. BTW, this was sold as a stucco house. You don't think they are lying, do you ?
