Weed eaters tear up EIFS on the basement level of these houses.
EIFS was originally recommended for use above 8 feet. This prevented damage from foot traffic or whatever.
A weed eater tears up the flimsy styrofoam like it was nothing. Most of the houses in this nice neighborhood have EIFS on the basement.
